Terms of Service.

These terms govern use of https://anabio.art, including MULA standing, NADA acquisitions, and JANMA commissions. They are issued by ANABIO (legal entity name to be confirmed).

If you do not accept them, do not create an account, submit a brief, or complete checkout. Questions go to anabio1110@gmail.com.

NADA is a digital audio work delivered to the library attached to the purchase email or to the signed-in ANABIO account that claims it. Nothing ships.

MULA is paid standing for a fixed term. Each paid entry opens thirty days. A rise in standing begins a fresh term. Standing is not billed in perpetual automatic renewal from this site.

JANMA is a commission. The brief is reviewed before any charge. Price and delivery timing are confirmed in writing. Standard builds arrive in five to seven days from confirmation; rush is offered at intake.

ANABIO may decline a brief that falls outside what can be responsibly constructed.

A NADA acquisition is licensed for personal listening by the purchaser. Masters are not to be redistributed, resold, uploaded as a public file, or used as the basis of a commercial product.

A JANMA commission is built once, for the person named in the brief. It is not a transferable catalogue item and is not to be resold.

MULA session audio, readings, and correspondence remain inside the standing that opened them. They are not a public archive.

Checkout runs through Razorpay. Card details never enter ANABIO systems.

NADA library access and MULA standing are granted only after payment is verified — either by a signed Razorpay checkout response or by a verified Razorpay webhook. An unpaid or unverified order does not open the work.

JANMA is not charged at brief submission. Payment is requested after the brief is reviewed and the scope is confirmed.

A verified NADA purchase opens in the library immediately when the master is in place. If the master is still being placed, the record shows PREPARING and opens when it is ready.

MULA session content, readings, and correspondence are available on entering the standing that carries them.

JANMA delivery follows the timeline confirmed after intake.

A verified NADA purchase that fails to deliver, or arrives corrupted or mismatched to the record you acquired, is corrected or refunded. Write to the contact address with the order reference.

JANMA commissions are priced and scoped before payment, so refund requests are handled individually against what was confirmed in writing at intake.

MULA standing is billed for a fixed term. A lapsed term returns you to the free PADA standing. There is no partial-term refund on a term already in progress.

You are responsible for the email and password that open the account. Do not share the identity that holds paid work.

Verified NADA acquisitions can be restored to an account through the ownership recovery passage, using the email entered at purchase. The passage expires and can be used once.

ANABIO may close an account that is used to attack the register, to scrape masters, or to open standing that was not paid for.

You may not attempt to bypass payment verification, enumerate other buyers' records, overload login or recovery, or extract private media URLs for public posting.

You may not submit a JANMA brief on behalf of another person without their knowledge, or submit chart data you do not have the right to provide.

ANABIO supplies digital audio and written material as constructed. It is not medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

To the extent the law allows, ANABIO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss beyond the amount paid for the specific work or term in question.

If a master cannot be delivered, the remedy is replacement or refund of that acquisition, as set out above.

Material changes are posted on this page with a new date. A purchase or a new term begun after that date follows the revised terms. A NADA licence already granted remains a personal listening licence.
