NADA is digital delivery only. Nothing ships. A verified purchase opens the work in your library immediately; if the master is still being placed, the record shows PREPARING and opens the moment it is ready.

JANMA is a commission. Your brief is reviewed within 48 hours. Price and delivery timeline are confirmed before payment is requested. Standard builds arrive in 5 to 7 days from confirmation; rush delivery is available at checkout.

MULA session content, readings, and correspondence are available immediately on entering the standing that carries them.

A verified NADA purchase that fails to deliver, or arrives corrupted or mismatched to the record you acquired, is corrected or refunded. Write to the address below with your order reference.

JANMA commissions are priced and scoped before payment, so refund requests are handled individually against what was confirmed in writing at intake.

MULA standing is billed for a fixed term. A lapsed term simply returns you to the free PADA standing; there is no partial-month refund on a term already in progress.

ANABIO holds what a purchase or a commission requires to function: your email, your acquisition record, and, for JANMA, the chart or brief data you submit for construction. Payment is processed by Razorpay; card details never reach ANABIO's systems.

Chart and brief data submitted for a commission is used to build that commission and is not shared, sold, or reused for another purpose.

NADA acquisitions are for personal listening. JANMA commissions are built once, for the person named in the brief, and are not resold or redistributed.

MULA standing renews by term, not automatically in perpetuity; each entry opens thirty days, and a rise in standing begins a fresh term, as stated at checkout.

ANABIO reserves the right to decline a commission brief that falls outside what the source can responsibly construct.
