ANABIO is the digital studio at https://anabio.art. It offers MULA membership standing, the NADA audio library, and JANMA custom builds.

This policy is issued by ANABIO (legal entity name to be confirmed). Questions and rights requests go to anabio1110@gmail.com.

Account: email address, password (stored as a hash by the authentication provider, never in readable form on ANABIO), and the standing attached to that identity.

NADA: buyer name, purchase email, order references, delivery status, and which works are held on the permanent register.

MULA: the paid tier, the current term, and the correspondence, readings, and session records that standing opens.

JANMA: the brief you submit — name, email, source framework, tier, rush choice, and any birth-chart, natal, or construction notes you include so the work can be built.

Recovery and field register: the email used to restore NADA ownership or to enter the first-visit field register.

Security: a hashed form of network address is used only to enforce rate limits. ANABIO does not keep a marketing profile from that hash.

ANABIO does not collect card numbers, CVV, or full payment-instrument data. Razorpay processes checkout. ANABIO stores only Razorpay order and payment identifiers needed to verify a charge and open delivery.

To create and sign in to an account, and to keep one identity across NADA, MULA, and JANMA.

To verify payment and open library access, membership standing, or a commissioned build.

To construct a JANMA work from the chart and brief you supplied for that commission only.

To send a recovery passage when you ask to restore verified NADA ownership.

To slow abuse of login, signup, recovery, and checkout.

ANABIO does not sell personal data. Chart and brief data are not reused to train a public model, are not shared with other buyers, and are not used to build a different product.

Supabase: authentication, the application database, and private object storage for masters and delivery files.

Razorpay: payment checkout and settlement. Card details remain with Razorpay.

Vercel: hosting and delivery of the anabio.art application.

These processors act on ANABIO's instructions to operate the product. They are not given JANMA chart material for their own purposes.

Account, standing, and verified NADA entitlements remain while the account exists, because ownership is permanent even if MULA standing lapses.

JANMA briefs and chart notes remain with the commission record so the build can be completed and, if needed, corrected.

Rate-limit hashes expire with their protection window.

Field-register preference lives in your browser storage until you clear it.

Write to the contact address to ask for deletion. Entitlements that prove a paid acquisition may need to be retained in anonymised or minimised form where a payment record must still be reconcilable.

You may ask what is held under your email, ask for a correction, ask for an export of your account record, or ask for deletion. Send the request from that email to anabio1110@gmail.com.

ANABIO will need enough to confirm the request belongs to that identity. A request is answered as promptly as the register allows; if more time is required you will be told.

ANABIO is not directed at anyone under 16. If you believe a child has created an account or submitted a brief, write to the contact address and the record will be closed.

If the way ANABIO holds data changes in a material way, this page is updated and the date at the top changes. Continued use of the site after that date is use under the revised policy.
